Tension headaches are the most common, presenting as a dull, pressure-like pain across both sides of the head, often linked to stress, fatigue, or poor posture. Migraines are typically unilateral, throbbing, and may be accompanied by nausea, photophobia, or phonophobia. Cluster headaches are rare but severe, with sharp orbital pain, tearing, and nasal congestion, occurring in cyclical bouts. Sinus headaches result from sinus inflammation or infection, causing facial pain and pressure that worsens with bending forward.
